These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your access to and use of all VPN Proxy Master services, including the vpnproxymaster.com website(s) ("Websites"), VPN Proxy Master and VPN Proxy Master Lite application(s) ("Apps"), and related services (collectively, "Services").

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, establish the entire agreement between you and SECUREGUARD GROUP PTE. LTD. (“VPN Proxy Master”, “we”, “us”). Our business is based on the principle of user privacy and full legal compliance.

By accessing or using any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not accept or agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not install, access, or use the Services.

Service Overview and Commitment to No-Log Policy

VPN Proxy Master provides basic and premium virtual private network (VPN) services designed to enhance your online privacy and security.

We operate under a strict no-log policy. VPN Proxy Master does not collect, store, or log online activity data, browsing history, traffic destination, DNS queries, or connection metadata. All data collected is limited to what is necessary for account management, transaction fulfillment, basic troubleshooting, or customer support, and cannot be linked to your VPN usage.

Our system is architected such that account, diagnostic, payment, and analytics data are strictly segregated, with no technical possibility for cross-referencing between these domains.

Our technical architecture and privacy management controls are regularly reviewed with internal audits to ensure your confidentiality is never compromised. User trust and data privacy remain our highest priorities.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Certain features may require you to create an account. When you register, you must provide a valid email address and set a password. For Subscriptions, billing or payment information may also be required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

You must ensure all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify any provided information, and to suspend or terminate your account if it is found to be false or incomplete.

Do not share your password or other account access information with anyone. Account sharing is prohibited.

Use of Services and Modifications

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We may introduce new features, modify, or discontinue features or functions of the Services at any time, without notice or liability.

We are not liable for any loss, harm, or adverse consequence you experience in connection with Service changes or interruptions. VPN Proxy Master, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms periodically. Revisions will be posted on our Websites, with the effective date indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes agreement to the updated Terms. Please review these Terms regularly.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate our Services under a strict no-log policy. We do not log user activity (websites visited, DNS lookups, emails, etc.) or VPN usage. Only access attempts for security and diagnostics are logged, and those are expressly separated from user account and VPN traffic.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may contain content or links to third-party websites and services not operated or controlled by VPN Proxy Master. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party content or service.

From time to time, we may use third-party-provided software or services on terms set forth by the respective licensors. We disclaim any warranty regarding such third-party services.

Intellectual Property and License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:

1. Download our Apps,
2. Access our Websites,
3. Use the Services, including products and features provided via our Apps or Websites.

No other rights or licenses are granted.

The Services, Apps, and Websites and all related intellectual property are owned by VPN Proxy Master. We retain all right, title and interest in and to the Services and any portion thereof, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express authorization.

Feedback you submit regarding the Services (comments, suggestions, ideas or other input) may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You waive any and all rights to such feedback.

Subscriptions, Payment and Refund Policy

Subscription Options and Fees

Premium services are available via Subscription plans. All plans and pricing are published in the Apps and on the Websites. Introductory offer prices apply only to the initial term. Subscription fees may change with notice provided through the Apps, Websites, or email. Price changes do not affect current Subscription periods.

Free trials

Free trials of Premium services may be offered by us or authorized partners. The duration and details of the Free trial will appear in promotional materials. Eligibility is at our discretion. Free trial offers cannot be combined. If you provide payment details for a Free trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before trial expiration. For Free trials provided via third-party platforms, cancellation must be processed with that third party.

Auto-Renewal

If your payment method supports auto-renewal, Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours beforehand. Fees are charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.

You may manage or cancel auto-renewal in your account settings through the platform where you purchased the Subscription. Turning off auto-renewal allows use of Premium services until the end of the current paid term.

Payment Processing

Purchases and refunds are facilitated through third-party payment processors. We may retry failed payments, update payment data, or switch payment partners as required to complete transactions. For fraud prevention, credit/debit payments may be verified before purchase completion.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on your purchase platform and payment method:

• Websites:
  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies if canceled within 30 days of initial purchase.
  • Money-back guarantee does not apply to auto-renewed Subscriptions canceled after the auto-renewal charge, unless required by law.
  • Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion and only considered if Service was unavailable and reasonable attempts to resolve were made. In such cases, pro-rata refunds may be issued.
• Apple App Store:
  • No 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies; request via Apple.
• Google Play Store:
  • No 30-day money-back guarantee. Pro-rata refunds may be considered if Service was unavailable and user sought reasonable support.
• Huawei AppGallery or Other App Stores:
  • No 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds subject to the app store's policies.
• Third-Party Platforms (including Smileone, etc):
  • Refunds subject to those platforms' independent policies.
• Cryptocurrency Payments:
  • Refunds to be made in USD equivalent at the purchase date's exchange rate.
• Prepaid/Gift Cards:
  • Refunds are not available unless supported by your card provider.

Refunds are processed without unreasonable delay. If a refund is approved, access to the associated Premium services ends once the refund is issued.

Important: Do not delete your account until any refund is completed or processed; account deletion prevents us from locating your order and processing your refund request.

Prohibited and Restricted Uses

The Services must not be used for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited advertisements or spam;
• Transmitting illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Distributing content protected by copyright or proprietary rights without permission;
• Uploading or distributing explicit material involving minors;
• Engaging in conduct restricting other Subscribers' use of Services;
• Unauthorized access, probing, or hacking attempts;
• Compiling, distributing, or using lists of our IP addresses;
• Military or prohibited weapons development, or related activities;
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
• Modifying, copying, leasing, selling, or distributing any part of the Apps or Services;
• Reverse-engineering, model extraction, or algorithm theft (unless prohibited by law);
• Interfering with, disrupting, or violating any aspect of the Apps, Services, or these Terms.
• Use the Services and Apps in a manner that violates any applicable laws, the Agreement, or for any unlawful purpose.

In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures when our Services are being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that we may terminate your account or take any other legal measure provided by law, without providing a refund for Services already paid, if you misuse the Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, OUR APPLICATIONS, WEBSITES, AND FEATURES) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR WARRANTIES ARISING BY COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FULLY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VPN PROXY MASTER AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN ALL EVENTS, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF VPN PROXY MASTER FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VPN PROXY MASTER FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL THEORY—EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN Proxy Master, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, distributors, and licensors, from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding its conflict of law principles.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting us directly. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Singapore, in English, by three arbitrators—one selected by you, one by VPN Proxy Master, and the third appointed by SIAC. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree in the course of using our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and VPN Proxy Master regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver by VPN Proxy Master of any breach or default of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion.
